First thing you should know about me is that I’m passionate about two things: weight loss and motherhood.
Over the past 20+ years working with clients to lose weight, I've witnessed incredible transformations--physical, mental and emotional. Yours can be next.
As an Internal Medicine physician with an interest in helping women optimize their fertility through weight loss, I know about the processes and procedures used by OB/GYNs and REIs.
As a mother, I know what it’s like to have things not go as planned.
My first son was a 24-week preemie. I’m all too familiar with the emotional and physical lengths we’ll go for our child (he’s 16 now and going strong). After all the heartache we have a happy ending—and so can you.
Another important thing to know is that I walk my talk. I lost 50 pounds myself and have kept it off for over 12 years. I know the journey first-hand and can relate to yours in a nonjudgmental way. Whether it's emotional eating, trigger foods, or over-eating I have felt and dealt with them all.
Between my own experiences and those of my clients, I have developed clear and easy to use processes that help you succeed.
Education History:
My formal higher education began at Tufts University where I received my BA in social psychology. I earned my Medical Degree from University of California, Irvine and completed my Internal Medicine training in a residency program through UCLA. Subsequently, I obtained a Masters in Public Health there while finishing a research Fellowship. I have worked in private and University settings since.
