Details for Refund Policy: PLAN Plan 2018

A refund request email will need to be received at [email protected] before midnight the 30th day after purchase. When emailing a refund request we will need proof of all of the following:

  1. Planner usage--provide images of your planners, one a week, as attachments.
  2. Video views--we will be able to determine this--we will need to see that each video was watched in the week it was released.
  3. Facebook group participation--we will be able to determine interaction.  We need to see that you participated in group discussions and Q&A sessions.
  4. Reached out for help--we will need to see that you emailed us for help and we were unable to provide support.

As soon as we determine the above requirements were met, we will confirm and issue a full refund through our processor.
