As Americans, our culture has trained us to believe that more is always better. More status, more money, more space, more likes, more money. 

This drive can work in our favor sometimes:

  • As humans, it draws on our natural instinct - survival
  • Spurs innovation - do it better, stronger, faster
  • Supports motivation - do more, have more

BUT, it can also lead to feeling:

  • Never satisfied
  • Depressed
  • Purposeless

So the question lies, if all we have is more…

Where is enough?

What is enough?

Is there ever enough?

That's what we're exploring in this episode: Enough….

Because when it comes to food and weight loss we have to find our own enough.
