Staying motivated when we have a good amount of weight to lose can be a challenge.  In today’s episode of the Weight Loss for Fertility podcast, we talk about how to create it when we feel a bit of a lull.  Transitions are a perfect opportunity to do this.

I share a two-step process to help you create that motivation. By acknowledging, celebrating, and learning from one period – we move on to the next with newfound hope and energy.
