Many of us love our snacks! But when we start using the Hunger Scale, it’s one of the first things we end up questioning. Especially because many snack foods are highly palatable, processed foods that don’t have a lot of staying power.
In this episode, I give you a list of my favorite protein-based snacks, sure to get you over the hump to your next meal so you don’t overeat from over-hunger.
